Hey, I’m Olivia!


I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner based in Nashville, TN and working remotely with individuals all over the country. I love helping others achieve their health goals, feel energized, and pain free to live a healthy and fulfilled life.

As a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, I always knew the importance of taking care of my body, but I couldn't figure out why I always felt terrible. I struggled with constant migraines, bloating, nausea, PMS, acne, relationship with food, weight gain, low energy, you name it!

Through my education and desire to get to the bottom of health issues, I discovered that the body is designed to heal, and optimal ways to help the body do so. My approach to nutrition is very science based. The body is meant to function in a certain way, and so many of us need to retrain our systems to work for us, not against us.

With proper knowledge, support, supplementation, and testing, I help others get to the root cause of their symptoms and feel better than they knew they could!
